There was supposedly an unidentified man in the room with them, and several people have confirmed this, and sid was apparently unconscious on drugs in the time period of her killing. I think it's too easy to just say he did it. He loved her so much. I don't think he had it in him.

On the very teeny tiny small chance Sid did do it, i don't think he meant to. It would have been an accident. He loved her so much he killed himself because he didn't want to live without her.
